We currently supply and deliver to Gauteng, Johannesburg & Pretoria. 

Where is La Vie Jollie located?

We are currently only located in Johannesburg. Be rest assured we are looking at being La Vie Jollie to the greater South Africa and into more homes in the near future. 

Normal delivery periods - Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions normal delivery:
“Normal” delivery applies to all orders made after 12h00 on the respective day of purchase.
Normal delivery estimated times are 1-2 days. Be rest assured, we have you and your order covered!

Next day delivery - Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for next day delivery:
Next day delivery applies to all orders made before 12h00 on the respective day of order.
Normal delivery estimated times are 1-2 days.

Tracking Order

Tracking your order made on LaVieJollie.co.za online store.
  • Once your order has been completed successfully, your order receipt will be emailed to the account email address registered to your La Vie Jollie Account.
  • Make sure you have your order ID number close for tracking. 
  • Request a call or give us a call, and one of our Team members will be ready to assist. 
  • Or email us via sales@laviejollie.co.za with your order ID number, name, surname and one of our Team Members will be happy to assist which your order. 

Alternative Tracking 

  • Visit our Order Tracking page, where you can track the current status of your order online. Please keep your order number ready, as it will be required in order to properly locate your order and provide accurate status. 
Track Order

Tracking your order made via WhatsApp or Facebook messager.
  • Once your order has been processed successfully, an invoice would have been sent to your contact email address or number.
  • Important: Keep your order ID number close for tracking. 
  • Email or give us a call, and one of our friendly colleagues will be happy to assist to let you know exactly where your order is in the shipping process.

Order Cancellation

La Vie Jollie Pty Ltd Reserves the right to cancel any orders, includes those that have been processed and paid for by the client on the laviejollie.co.za website storefront if any fraudulent or suspicious activities arise.
